Automated perimeter helps to pick up field defects and for follow up of glaucoma patients and other retinal pathologies. A STATE-OF-THE-ART OPERATION THEATRE with Alcon Infiniti State-of-the-art phacoemulsification system, Takagi Operating Microscope, Diplomax phacoemulsification machines and a wide range of intra-ocular lens(IOL) library with both rigid and foldable IOL¢s including the best quality multifocal IOL¢s are available. Now cataract surgeries are carried out even under topical anesthesia (anaesthesia eye drops).
So "No prick, no patch. no pain" procedure for cataract has become the surgical technological advancement now in our Hospital. Patients walk in and walk out within few hours with dard glasses only.

Phacoemulsification (using Ultra Sound energy via the titanium tip of the handpiece of the phacoemulsification machine), manual small incision cataract surgeries, anti-glaucoma surgeries, corneal tear and lid tear repairs; corneal transplants (keratoplasty) – Penetrating & Lamellar procedures – (DALK & DSEK) are done. LABORATORY Biochemical tests like Blood sugar (By Glucometer and manual method), computerised blood urea, serum creatinine and microbiological tests like KOH mount, gram staining and cultures are done in our Hospital itself.
